Hi Spencer,

How much can be made in gross revenue (like any business) is totally up to you; how much you want to work, how good you are at knocking on doors and shaking hands and closing sales etc. There is only so much you can make by yourself, without any other drivers, because there are only so many hours in the day that you can work. Other factors also determine how much your gross revenue will be ie. your geographic location. A courier in a small town in Kansas (like me) is going to charge much less than a courier in downtown Chicago. So the simple answer is you could make nothing to grossing over a million dollars a year if you have a larger operation.

So I am not really sure what the real question is here, can you narrow down what you need to know, as a teacher of mine used to say "the question behind the question"

There are lots of articles for you to research on our blog/website: http://www.courierpros.com Also check out out FAQ section. The kit we offer is a video course that will show you step by step how to start your own successful delivery/courier service, it is designed for people with zero experience or knowledge of this industry. The kit comes with a 366 day money back guarantee.

I suggest that you check out all the free info on the website, sign-up for our free monthly newsletter and free report on the courier industry, and go ahead and purchase the kit, study it, try it out, and if you dont like it you have a year to send it back and get your money back. There is absolutely no risk to you!

We prefer to do correspondence by email. Sam and I are both working full time on our own courier businesses and are just not able to personally answer with a phone call every question we get.

I will attempt to answer the question I think you are asking. You can expect to earn anywhere from zero-low 5 figures your first year, unless you are a super salesman and want to drive 18 hours per day or start hiring drivers immediately. Frankly most of our clients are going to bootstrap this business, meaning they are going to do everything themselves, use their current vehicles, work out of their homes, etc. In such a situation I think you could realistically make 15-40k your first year.

Obviously this is not a get rich quick scheme, but a real world business, that requires long hours of hard work. Your success will be directly related to your ability to personally sell your services. Yellow page ads, and a website will not do it. You must get out there and knock on doors and make sales calls, there is no way around this. If you can learn how to sell and you provide outstanding service at a competitive price you will thrive. If you do not want to put yourself out there and talk to people (or hire a salesman) then you will surely fail. At least in the beginning, once you are established than referrals from your satisfied customers will be your main source of new clients. If you want to do everything yourself than you are limited in your potential income because there is no scalability. If you subcontract drivers when the time comes, than you can scale up your operation and your profits.

I hope this answers your question, let me know if you have any other questions, and best of luck to you!
