Gentlemen,

I am a retired 56 year old Corporate Trainer looking for a part time business venture. I am not looking for work of a physical nature. No lifting 50lb boxes. Convince me why a courier business would be a good fit for me. What businesses use a service like this? Bonding, insurance requirements? Insurance liabilities? Marketing strategies? Equipment?

If my decision after completing my research and decide to purchase your business package, is there a money back guarantee? Are you listed with the BBB? Where are you located? What customer support do you offer? 24/7? Will I be calling Pakistan?

I hope you accept my questions as legitimate and justifiable and not offending in any way.

Regards,

Bob

Bob,

Thank you for your interest.

I would invite you to peruse some of the articles on our site — they contain many of the answers to the questions you are asking. Specifically, I would visit these articles:

1) [RE: Equipment] http://www.courierpros.com/2010/10/what … start-out/
2) [RE: Businesses] http://www.courierpros.com/2010/10/busi … -couriers/
3) [RE: Insurance] http://www.courierpros.com/2010/05/insu … insurance/

Finally, we honor both our guarantee and offer as much support as we are able. This support comes from Bob and/or myself, and because we are both busy with our own businesses, we aren’t sitting by the phones 24/7. However, we pride ourselves on helping people answer their questions and with finding solutions to common start up problems, typically within 48 hours of receiving an email.

Ultimately, anyone starting in this business (or any other!) needs to be resourceful, self-reliant, creative, and hardworking. This is not a get rich quick scheme. Our materials are designed to provide a blueprint, help new owners get off on the right foot, and save them a great deal of time from dealing with the myriad details of getting going.

Cheers,
Sam
